What do you suggest for oily skin?
I can never find the right shade of foundation, and my skin is starting to show lines. I want that flawless, youthful glow! HELP!
Let me begin by saying your foundation shade should almost disappear when applied to your skin. There should be NO visible line of demarcation from your jawbone to your neck. DUWOP COSMETIS has a fabulous anti-aging foundation called "Fountain of Youth". It is lightweight, paraben free, oil free and completely vegan. It plumps fine lines and restores the supple firmness that environmental pollutants, stress and time can take away. It is infused with Linum Seed to minimize the appearance of enlarged pores and Large Tree Fern extract for a toning and lifting effect. It also has a built in brush for effortless application and is available in 6 youthful shades.
My lipstick never lasts! How can I make it stay on longer? And how do I keep it from bleeding out into those lines around my lips?
First of all, before you apply your lipstick, apply DUWOP COSMETICS Reverse Lipliner. It is a colorless matte pencil that when applied to the skin outside the lips, produces a perfectly shaped pout while preventing lipstick and gloss from feathering. It contains a miracle ingredient called Kombuchka, a product that causes lipofilling--a reaction that restores volume to the skin in areas where more volume is needed, such as the fine vertical lines around the mouth. Okay, so now the lipstick won't feather. Next, when you apply your lipliner, apply it all over the entire lip. It will hold your lipstick longer and if you do happen to eat or drink something--or even kiss someone--you won't be left with just a lip line!!
What is the difference between the glominerals Concealer and the Camouflage?
The Concealer should be used in the under-eye area, and can also be used to cover hyperpigmentation on the face, as it is a moisturizing formula and contains ingredients that will help improve dark skin areas while you wear it. We do not recommend using the Concealer to cover blemishes due to it’s moisturizing nature.
The Camouflage is best when used to cover scars, hyperpigmentation, blemishes and even tattoos! This formulation is not as moisturizing as the Concealer, and gives full coverage (it is very thick). If you are looking for a great product to cover blemishes, trythe glominerals blemish stick with chamomile and salicylic acid for added benefits.
What do you suggest for sun-damaged skin?
Generally, depending on the sensitivity of the skin, micro-peels as well as microdermabrasion are great for sloughing off dead skin cells and getting a healthy glow. Vitamin C --not the kind you take in a pill, but a product like CELLEX-C is great for reversing the damage the sun has done. Studies show that Vitamins A,C and E in topical applications as well as Hylauronic acid are especially beneficial for sun damaged skin.
I just added serums to my daily skincare regime. How do I know what to put on first, second, etc. and what time of day do I use them?
Always apply your products in order of density; thinnest to thickest. For example, if you use a serum, apply it first after cleansing, then moisturizer and sunscreen (ideally you’ll have a moisturizer that contains an SPF to avoid excess layers of product on the face). If you use two serums, like the Cellex-C and Hydration serums, you will apply the C-serum first, as it is the thinnest liquid, then the Hydration Serum, as it is thicker like a gel. Vitamin C serums should always be used in the morning to provide your skin antioxidant protection throughout the day. Serums containing very active ingredients like acids or peptides, should be used at night.
